- The tenant bears full responsibility for any damage to the property's belongings.
- The owner bears no responsibility for any pool incident; swimming is entirely at guests' own risk.
- The owner bears no responsibility for loss of personal belongings inside the rest house.
- The total number of guests must not exceed the maximum permitted capacity at any time.
- Guests beyond the first two persons must bring their own bedding and must remain within the overall permitted limit.
Deposit & Property Care
- Hanging balloons or decorations on walls in a way that damages paint or causes scratches is strictly prohibited.
- If the number of guests exceeds the agreed booking count, an additional charge will be applied per extra person.
- Any damage costs will be deducted from the security deposit; if they exceed AED 1,000 the tenant is fully responsible for the difference.
