- Fire is only permitted in the designated barbecue area.
- Check-out must occur no later than 12:00 pm. Overstaying is subject to a fine of AED 500.
- Smoking inside the rooms is not permitted, and cigarette butts must not be left anywhere on the property. Violation is subject to a fine of AED 300.
- The property must be returned clean, in the same condition it was received. Failure to do so is subject to a fine of AED 300.
- Confirmed reservations cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- To change the booking date, guests must contact us at least 48 hours before the arrival date. A date-change fee may apply.
- If the number of guests is found to exceed the declared count, AED 50 will be added per additional guest per night. Failure to settle the amount may result in a cancellation request being filed.
