- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the farm/property; it is only permitted in outdoor areas outside the farm.
- Moving chairs, furniture, or sofas from their designated positions is not allowed.
- Moving beds from their positions in bedrooms is not allowed.
- Barbecuing in the designated BBQ area only; cooking inside the building is prohibited.
- Animals are not permitted in bedrooms or living areas.
- Throwing waste into either pool or using oils and soap inside the pools is strictly prohibited.
- Light snacks only are permitted indoors; full cooking inside is not allowed.
- The tenant bears full responsibility for any damage to the property's belongings.
- The owner bears no responsibility for any pool incident; swimming is entirely at guests' own risk.
- The owner bears no responsibility for loss of any personal belongings inside the rest house.
Pool Usage Rules
Prohibited inside either pool:
- Oils, moisturisers, skincare products, perfumes, and makeup
- Soap, shampoo, and hair dye
- Sand, food, and beverages
- Regular diapers; swim diapers are mandatory for young children
- Balloons — risk of filter blockage and water contamination
- Regular cotton clothing
- Aggressive jumping or pushing others
Required before and during swimming:
- Shower before entering the pool
- Proper swimwear only
- Continuous supervision of children in the children's pool; child safety in and around the pool is entirely the parents' responsibility
- Use floating plastic pool toys instead of balloons
Oils, soap, and balloons cause cloudy water, filter damage, and additional cleaning costs. Violating these rules and polluting either pool will result in deductions from the security deposit.
Important Notice: Property Care & Guest Safety
- Hanging or attaching balloons, decorations, or any items to walls in a way that damages paint, causes scratches, holes, or sticky marks is strictly prohibited.
- Please maintain the cleanliness of sofas, chairs, and carpets; avoid anything that causes permanent stains or fabric damage.
- Both pools and their facilities must be maintained and not misused.
- All furniture, contents, and appliances must be preserved from damage or misuse.
- If the number of guests exceeds the agreed booking count, an additional charge will be applied per extra person.
- The cost of any damage — walls, paint, furnishings, furniture, pools, appliances, or any part of the property — will be deducted from the security deposit accordingly.
- If damage costs exceed the security deposit (AED 1,000), the tenant is responsible for paying the full difference.
Valuables & Personal Safety
- The rest house bears no responsibility for loss, misplacement, or theft of any valuables (cash, jewellery, electronics, or other items) brought or left by guests during their stay.
- Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and safeguard their personal belongings throughout the duration of their stay.
- Use of both pools and all rest house facilities is entirely at the guests' personal risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times inside and near the children's pool; child safety is entirely the parents' responsibility.
- The rest house bears no responsibility for any injury, accident, or incident resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.
