1. The remaining balance plus security deposit must be paid upon check-in.
2. Guests are responsible for preserving the property and must not be careless with its contents or furnishings.
3. No soap or dirt may be placed in the swimming pool at any time.
4. Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool — your children are your responsibility.
5. Fire is only permitted in the designated barbecue area.
6. Check-out must occur no later than 12:00 pm. Overstaying is subject to a fine of AED 500.
7. Smoking inside the rooms is not permitted, and cigarette butts must not be left anywhere on the property. Violation is subject to a fine of AED 300.
8. The property must be returned clean, in the same condition it was received. Failure to do so is subject to a fine of AED 300.
9. Confirmed reservations cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
10. To change the booking date, guests must contact us at least 48 hours before the arrival date. A date-change fee may apply.
11. If the number of guests is found to exceed the declared count, AED 50 will be added per additional guest per night. Failure to settle the amount may result in a cancellation request being filed.
