- Loud speakers in the garden and outdoor majlis are strictly prohibited.
- Guests must maintain cleanliness in all outdoor areas and dispose of waste in designated bins.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building - permitted outdoors only.
- Moving furniture, chairs, or sofas from their positions is not permitted.
- Moving beds from their positions in the bedrooms is not permitted.
- BBQ and grilling must take place in the designated grilling areas only.
- Animals are not permitted inside bedrooms or salons.
- Disposing of any waste into the pool or using oils and soap inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Cooking inside the chalet is not permitted - light snacks and beverages inside are acceptable.
- The tenant is fully responsible for any damage to chalet property; costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
- The owner bears no responsibility for any swimming accidents in the pool - guests swim at their own risk.
- The owner is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings inside the chalet.
