- Fireworks are permitted behind the rest house in a dedicated private area - prior coordination with management is required.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation if cancelled 7 days or more before the check-in date.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

- Security deposit: AED 1,000 - fully refundable after check-out and property inspection.

- The rest house management is not liable for any accidents occurring on the premises during the rental period.
- Full responsibility for any drowning incident in the pool rests entirely with the tenant - the owner places all legal and moral responsibility on the renting party.
- Any damage or destruction to property is the full financial and legal responsibility of the tenant.
- Failure to comply with these rules will result in deduction from the security deposit.
