- Events and parties require prior coordination with the owner regarding the number of guests and the nature of the occasion.
- Check-in and check-out must be at the agreed times.
- Vandalism or damage to the property is strictly prohibited.
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings - guests are kindly asked to safeguard their own items.
- Exercise caution and continuous supervision around the pool, especially with children - child safety is entirely the parents' responsibility.
- Violations of agreed rules and regulations will result in deduction from the security deposit.
- Fireworks require prior coordination with the owner to select an appropriate and safe location.
- Cooking food that produces strong odours must be done in the designated outdoor cooking area.
- Alcohol and intoxicants are strictly prohibited without exception.
- Cancellations must be notified at least five days in advance; otherwise the amount is non-refundable.
- Loud noise is permitted only within the confines of the property and is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
