This rest house is fully equipped to host large-scale events and occasions with a day-use capacity of up to 200 guests. Please note the following before booking:

- Event and occasion pricing differs from standard booking rates.
- All events and parties require prior coordination with the owner regarding the guest count and the nature of the occasion.
- Fireworks require prior coordination with the owner to select a safe and appropriate location.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation if cancelled 7 days or more before the check-in date.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- To reschedule your booking, please contact our team as early as possible, subject to availability.
- Security deposit: AED 500 - fully refundable after check-out and property inspection.
Rest House Rules & Regulations
- A security deposit of AED 500 is required before check-in and is fully refunded after check-out and property inspection.
- Maintain cleanliness at all times and dispose of all waste in designated bins.
- Smoking and shisha are permitted outside the bedrooms and hall only - animals and plastic fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Showering before entering the pool is mandatory; do not use creams or hair oils inside the pool; do not throw dirt or stones into it.
- Events and parties require prior coordination with the owner regarding the number of guests and the nature of the occasion.
- Check-in and check-out must take place at the agreed times without exception.
- Vandalism or damage to any part of the property is strictly prohibited.
- We bear no responsibility for loss of personal belongings - guests are kindly asked to safeguard their own items.
- Exercise full caution regarding children near the pool at all times - child safety is entirely the parents' responsibility.
- Violations of agreed rules and regulations will result in full deduction of the security deposit.
- Fireworks require prior coordination with the owner to determine a safe and suitable location.
- Cooking food that produces strong odours must be done in the designated outdoor cooking area only.
- Alcohol and intoxicants are strictly and absolutely prohibited inside and outside the property.
